I really like the colors in this photograph. They are all deep warm colors. This combined with the fire create a cozy feeling and a feeling of home. The marble of the fireplace frames the fire, emphasizing it even more in the picture. Also, this is a medium shot which, although there is a definate subject, we can still see much of the background that it is in. Great job!
