Outside Reading-2nd Post

This week I read an article titled "The Current."  It informed us that the city of Minneapolis is improving its green factor. The city is now ranked 7th in "sustainable living" compared to last years rank of 10th. There are 16 factors in sustainable living which include public transit ridership, housing affordability, air quality and water supply. I think that this is a very good sign, especially the fact that the air quality is improving. Our environment is so important and we need to improve our air and water quality and try to slow down global warming. I think that even though we have made progress we need to keep striving for a cleaner environment. Even more effort should be put into research and movements that would help us keep our earth "green"!
I found the article at :http://www.startribune.com/business/29762654.html?elr=KArks:DCiUo3PD:3D_V_qD3L:c7cQKUiD3aPc:_Yyc:aULPQL7PQLanchO7DiU
